The Escrow Service from NCC Group was recommended by our Legal representative, who had previous experience of working with NCC Group.​
​During one of our independent cyber-security audits it was recommended that, as we are in partnership with ITEXACT as a software reseller, the source code on which a large part of our of business is dependant should be protected in terms of accessibility should it ever be required.​
Initial engagements – in collaboration with ITEXACT – were completed, with follow on commercial and contractual agreements put in place. The deployment of the service and the ongoing support from NCC has been exemplary. Our partnership with ITEXACT has continued to grow and strengthen, and we continue to use NCC’s escrow service to ensure that the original risk observed by our auditor is mitigated.​
