  • Neil May, CEO of ITExact

    CEO

    Neil May

    Originally qualifying as a software engineer, Neil is an experienced business founder, leader, board member, CEO, committee member, and advisor with over 25 years’ experience across multiple sectors – including Information and Communications Technology, SaaS, Cloud, and Mobile.

     

    Having a primary focus on channel partner go-to-market strategy, Neil has founded and scaled various companies from international Intel distributors through to Microsoft Gold Partners.

     

    Neil also has deep experience with cloud technology strategy, corporate governance, and digital transformation.

  • Harold Groothedde, Co-Founder and CEO of ITExact

    Founder and CTO

    Harold Groothedde

    Harold is ITEXACT’s founder, initially building a consultancy-based business before shifting the business’ direction towards Cloud Management SaaS technology. Leveraging the extensive experience the company has in Microsoft technologies, Harold’s focus has been on developing Surveil – the cloud optimisation and security platform – from the ground up.

    Harold has been recognised for successfully leading and managing some of the world’s first technology programmes, including the first Enterprise to be migrated to Office 365. At a young age, Harold achieved directorship at Citigroup and was responsible for budgets worth over $2bn. Before founding ITEXACT, Harold spent a substantial portion of his career working for some of the largest global banks and has been in CIO and CTO roles for a number of FTSE 250 companies.

    In recent years, Harold led the world’s first ever SAP HANA production install in Microsoft Azure, working alongside Microsoft and meeting CEO Satya Nadella and the VP of Azure, Jason Zander as part of an announcement in Florida. Harold served as a member of the Microsoft Azure/SAP and Microsoft Partner advisory boards for a number of years.

    Today Harold’s main focus as CTO is to ensure that Surveil becomes a globally leading product for both our partners and their customers. With more than 30 years’ experience across IT and corporate engineering, Harold brings a wealth of knowledge to the table across technology capabilities, development, and IT strategy.

  • Nigel Beattie

    Chairman

    Nigel Beattie

    Nigel has spent almost 30 years in the investment banking business, with experience across a range of asset classes and functions, and has held senior managerial roles at Merrill Lynch and, more recently, Board level positions at CLSA Securities in Asia. After leaving investment banking, Nigel took on a role as CEO of a large blockchain business helping to build out its new financial services division.  His focus is now on personal investment, predominantly in technology-based, private equity opportunities. Nigel is currently also a shareholder and Board Director of the fast-growing UK wealth management company, Saltus.

  • Nick Kotze, Director

    Nick Kotze

    Nick is a post-graduate electronics engineer and CCIE with key network and collaboration, security and platforms technology certifications.

     

    Over the last 20 years, he has amassed extensive experience in the IT, finance, outsourcing, mobile service provider, manufacturing, and enterprise verticals.

     

    Nick brings technology lifecycle experience, with the purpose of ensuring global architectural excellence from every aspect of network services.

     

    Nick has also completed a number of key Lync 2013 and now Skype for Business projects and has developed leading edge solutions with Microsoft in this field.

  • Larne Johannie Surveil's Head of Finance

    Larné Johannie

    Larné is an experienced finance professional and qualified ACCA member, distinguished by the accomplishments and variety of her career. Starting in Hospitality, where she excelled in a number of areas within the Finance department, Larné went on to work in the Aviation industry for several years, before joining Surveil in 2022.

    As Head of Finance, Larné brings both her financial expertise and her passion for improving processes to the table. She is constantly driven to provide accurate data for decision-making, grounding strategic thinking with tangible fact. With these characteristics and the wide scope of her experience, we’re pleased to have her in our corner.

    Away from work, Larné’s interests include travelling and exploring outside of her comfort zone with exciting new activities. Larné is married, with two wonderful children.

    Patrick Sack

    Patrick has 30 years in software sales, with broad leadership experience spanning Fortune 100 to SaaS start-up environments – including Flexera, Insight, Microsoft & Dell. During his career, Patrick has also developed an in-depth expertise in recruiting, developing, retaining, and inspiring sales leaders and front-line staff, carving out a reputation for establishing the rhythm of the business and setting proper team expectations.

    Joe Stevenson

    Joe is a marketing professional with a background in working for – and owning his own – agencies within the identity, security, and technology space.

     

    As Head of Marketing & Communications, Joe enables partners in their Sales and Marketing efforts, working closely with departments to communicate ITEXACT’s message of successful cloud computing.

     

  • Sales Director

    Stuart Blakemore

    Stuart has a rich history in sales, stretching as far back in time as the 1980s, when mammoths still roamed the plains and mobile phones could be mistaken for bricks. He initially learnt his craft selling fax machines and photocopiers to new business clients across Kent. Over time, his experience grew and diversified into the world of contact centres and speech analytics, where (amongst other things) Stuart helped tool-up the world’s first internet bank.

    Since then, Stuart has worked with and sold global IT solutions to some of the largest companies in the world – on behalf of some of the other largest companies in the world, such as Oracle and BT. He has also helped to set up the UK sales arms of various hardware, software, and SaaS businesses under direct and partner models, and is driven by customer focus and the joy of innovation – all of which means he excels as our Sales Director.

    In his spare time, Stuart makes music, and during lockdown he released two albums – though he’s still awaiting his Grammy.

  • Nic Pujadas, Head of Sales Europe

    Nic Pujadas

    Nic joined ITEXACT in 2018, leading business development and sales with strategic partners and Microsoft.

    Initially, Nic started his career in the UK in a variety of sales management roles in the Telco industry. Over the last 15 years Nic transitioned into the IT industry and spend 7 years at Microsoft International leading regional business development and sales with Service Providers for Western Europe, EMEA and  Global HQ, and then another 5 years as VP for international sales with a Microsoft ISV partner.

    Nic is passionate about growing business and going after new opportunities internationally through building and developing an ecosystem of best of breed partners and great people.

  • Technical Director

    Marc Chaillou

    For more than 20 years Marc has been working in IT Infrastructure Management on Cac40 French industries, focusing on Exchange/Skype, before later migrating large volumes of users to Office 365 in dozens of countries. This allowed Marc to work very closely with Microsoft, as he migrated very early on Cloud services.

    Marc is truly passionate about IT and – thanks to his experience in global corporations – he has a particular taste for travelling and living in different places around the world, speaking multiple languages. Currently, Marc lives in Asia Pacific and continues to learn and grow as an IT professional.

  • Financial Controller

    Aasha Arulnesan

    Aasha is our Financial Controller, and is responsible for managing month-end reporting, consolidating and analysing financial data, and handling many of our HR requirements. After graduating with a 1st class degree in Business Management & Accounting from Roehampton University, Aasha immediately joined ITEXACT, supporting the team through its formative years as it grew and evolved. Aasha is passionate about continuously acquiring and extending her skillset and knowledge. As such, she is currently studying towards her ACCA qualifications, which she hopes to acquire in 2026.

    In her spare time, Aasha attends Gaana dance classes, enjoys playing badminton and most of all, she loves travelling.

  • Partner Success Manager

    Tom Skinner

    Tom has over 12 years of experience within sales environments across the IT and Finance sectors. Tom started his career as a Business Development Manager in the banking sector, where he was responsible for driving sales and success in the SME market for the payment solutions arm of RBS. After dedicating almost 10 years to helping SMEs grow and building experience in financing everything from tractors to luxury cars, Tom transitioned into the IT sector.

    Since then, he has worked in account management roles specialising in on-premises Server, Storage and Networking solutions for the SME/SMC market. Like Stuart, Tom is chasing the rock’n’roll dream playing guitar in a funk rock band…. they’ve just surpassed 100 listens on Spotify!

  • Head of Information Security

    Mitchell Chorn

    Mitchell is the Head of IT at ITEXACT and is a remarkably keen learner. In his role, Mitchell implements modern workplace systems and infrastructure for clients and partners across the UK – which includes the use of Conditional Access policies, Intune Endpoint Management, and data loss prevention measures.

    Mitchell has also diversified into mobility and security, where he develops polices around Exchange and cyber awareness using phishing, brute force and/or hunting methods internally, while simultaneously educating end users. In short, Mitchell keeps ITEXACT, its customers, and its partners secure with his extensive work in threat management.

    Mitchell also has first-hand experience in co-ordinating and creating communication plans for Office 365 products for end users while implementing and migrating the systems to cloud-based architecture; when a client needs a solution, Mitchell is often the first point of contact.

  • Jennifer Holroyd

    Business Operations Manager

    Jennifer Holroyd

    Jenny leverages over 30 years’ experience in Customer Service and Account Management to create, maintain, and continuously improve our many operational processes – driving efficiency and results across the business.

    Previously, Jenny served 6 years in the Armed Forces, during which she lived in Germany, Cyprus, Ireland, Bosnia, Hong Kong, among other exciting locales. After leaving the army, Jenny worked in the Civil Service as Chief Clerk Legal Branch, Army Education Manager, and School Business Manager.

    For the last 8 years, Jenny’s role has been in Business Operations, developing crucial business processes and the infrastructure to support them.

  • CISO & Product Director

    Laurence Dale

    During a technology career spanning 25 years, Laurence has gained invaluable global experience through increasingly senior IT leadership roles. In such roles, Laurence has been responsible for driving the digital, security, and commercial capabilities of multi-national organisations across sectors such as FMCG, technology, manufacturing, and the UK public sector.

    In 2017, Laurence took the position of Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Essentra PLC., where he led the cyber-risk and privacy management transformation programmes. In 2022, Laurence became Group IT Director (interim CIO) at Essentra, leading the global IT team through two major divisional divestments.

    Outside of work, Laurence enjoys cycling, playing guitar, music, reading, good food and wine, along with attempting to learn golf.  He is married to Sarah and has two sons, Tom and Sam. Their family is made complete by Ozzy, the Cocker Spaniel puppy.
