Surveil is our Microsoft-centric SaaS platform. By connecting with Microsoft 365 and/or Azure, Surveil surfaces deep analytics that surpass the admin portal’s insights, providing recommendations to optimise costs, reduce risk, and build business cases.
By leveraging features such as AI and our business logic tagging engine, Surveil is able to delve far deeper than the limited insights provided in the native admin portal. What’s more, Surveil collects data and updates daily automatically, removing the time constraints of manually auditing licences, costs, security gaps, and solution adoption.
Yes! Surveil exclusively uses read-only access, so no data is written or removed.
For 21 days, Surveil uses read-only access to gather a detailed snapshot of the Microsoft 365 or Azure environment, highlighting opportunities to save on costs, optimise resources, and secure the organisation. All of these insights are presented in a handy report, which will be shared and explained to you. Click here to find out more.
We work exclusively with our partner network to deliver Surveil services. If you’re an end user looking to make the most of Surveil’s in-depth analytics to optimise your Microsoft environment, still get in touch with us – we might already have a relationship with a Microsoft Partner you recognise, or we can make an introduction to the partner we think is most suitable for your organisation.
Absolutely! We’re channel partner-focused, working with a continuously growing network of Microsoft Partners. We’re also open to different partnership arrangements, with some becoming resellers and others using Surveil’s insights to strategically underpin managed services.
Nope! Surveil also surfaces deep analytics into usage, adoption, third party solutions/shadow IT, call quality, collaboration, device management, identity risks, and much more. How you use those analytics are up to you: cost saving, reinvestment, improving security, or just ensuring your remote teams have what they need to collaborate from anywhere in the world.
As Microsoft Partners ourselves, we’ve been able to work closely with Microsoft for a number of years. We’ve built a fantastic relationship with them due to the dynamic thinking encouraged by the platform, and our alignment to Microsoft’ message of doing more with less. In short, yes!
ITEXACT is our registered business name and has been around since 2009. As we’ve moved more towards providing our SaaS platform to the partner channel, we’ve adopted the name ‘Surveil’ as our trading name.
