Determined to ground their sky-high licensing costs, this well-known and well-respected airline operator tapped Surveil for a comprehensive Health Check, covering both their Azure and Microsoft 365 environments.
By the Health Check’s completion, Surveil had identified a number of valuable cost optimisation opportunities for this customer – including the ability to save over £550,000 in their next renewal, simply by right-sizing their Microsoft E3, F3, and Audio-Conferencing subscriptions.
Enabling this raft of substantial cost savings was Surveil’s AI engine, which provided a series of recommended actions for the customer to take. These included the use of user profiling to switch eligible M365 E3s to M365 F3 subscriptions, cutting out audio-conferencing add-ons for users who don’t have a role-based requirement, and the removal of disabled and non-active accounts.
As a result, the customer was able to chart a clear course to cost savings, while applying Surveil’s insights and executive reports to empower future, cyclical cost optimisation.
